What to write about

• Something is broken. Tell us which page and what you did. A screenshot helps more than anything.
• Something is missing. Feature requests from people actually using the thing are the most useful mail we get.
• Your data. Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write from the address on the account. See the privacy policy for what those rights are.
• A security problem. Please tell us before you tell anyone else, and give us a chance to fix it.
• Advertising. The ad spaces are sold through an ad network, not directly, but say hello anyway.

Where we are, and when we answer

Minekop is registered in Turkey, but minekop is used all over the world and we answer mail from anywhere. Write in English if you can; if you cannot, write anyway and we will manage. Expect a reply within a few working days, and within thirty days at the very outside for anything about your data.

What we cannot do

We cannot give accounting, tax or legal advice, and we cannot tell you whether your business plan is any good. minekop adds up what you type; whether the numbers are right is your call, and an accountant's.
