About minekop

A free set of tools for planning a business. No account, no card, no trial that runs out.

Most people start a company by writing down a headcount and guessing at the numbers. minekop exists to make that guess a bit less of a guess. It gives you the pieces a plan actually needs, and it makes you fill in the parts people skip: what you sell and at what price, what the overheads really are, and how much cash you need before any money arrives.

What is in it

Org chart

Type your people in, drag the boxes where they belong, export it. Part-time counts as half a head.

Price x Quantity

What you sell, at what price, how many each month. This drives every other number.

SG&A

Your overheads, line by line, split across the products they belong to.

P&L

Built from the pages above. Read only, so it cannot disagree with itself.

Balance sheet

The full account list, with a line at the bottom that tells you if it balances.

Cash flow

Money in, money out, and the month you run out. Sales carry over from PxQ.

Why it is free

Advertising pays for it. The ad spaces on the sides of every page are the whole business model. There is no paid tier, no upgrade prompt, and no feature held back for people who pay, because nobody pays.

Signing in is also free. It buys exactly one thing: your work is saved on the server instead of only in your browser. Every tool works without an account.

Who makes it

minekop.com is run by Minekop. Write to info@minekop.com about anything — a bug, a missing feature, or a request about your data.

Who it is for

Anyone, anywhere. The site is in English and the money columns take whichever of 56 currencies you pick, so the tools work the same whether you are planning a shop in one country or a factory in another. The account list on the balance sheet follows a standard chart of accounts; the names may not match your local one word for word, but the structure will be familiar to any accountant.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data. There is nothing to sell it to.
  • We do not run analytics, tracking pixels or session recording.
  • Photos you drop onto a chart never leave your browser.
  • We do not lock your work in. Every chart exports as CSV or JSON and imports back again.

Still being built

minekop is not finished. Google sign-in, ready-made chart templates and a way to turn a pasted list into a chart are all on the list. If something is missing that you need, say so — a short email from a real user beats a year of guessing.
